Modern Times Group has acquired a 35 percent stake in Germany-based online games publisher InnoGames in a transaction valuing the company at $287 million. InnoGames has expected 2016 revenues of $138 million with an approximate EBITDA margin of 20 percent, representing an estimated revenue multiple of 2.1x and EBITDA multiple of 10.4x.
