The acquisition will see Tremor become a pure-play sell-side platform.  Tremor’s Buyer Platform has reported LTM revenues for the period ended December 31 2016 of $115 million and LTM EBITDA of negative 1.3 million, representing an LTM revenue multiple of 0.2x.
