Rocket Fuel (Nasdaq:FUEL) will be acquired by Vector Capital-backed Sizmek. The acquisition of $2.60 per Rocket Fuel share represents an enterprise value of approximately $145 million, and the acquisition will help the combined company compete against the likes of Google and Facebook. The $2.60 per share price is more than 90 percent below Rock Fuel’s September 2013 IPO price of $29.00 per share. Rocket Fuel has reported LTM revenues for the period ended March 31 2017 of $446.7 million, representing an LTM revenue multiple of 0.3x.

Cambridge BioMarketing, an industry leading advisor for orphan and rare disease drug launches, has been acquired by UDG Healthcare (LON:UDG) from Ziff Davis in a transaction valuing the company at $35 million. The acquisition will permit UDG to grow its healthcare communications business in the US, while expanding the range of services it offers to its global pharmaceutical customer base.
