Music streaming service Pandora (NYSE:P) has received a $480 million investment from SiriusXM. The transaction will see Pandora pay a $22.5 million termination fee to KKR, which originally announced a $150 million investment in the company this past May. As part of the transaction, Pandora will also sell its ticketing service division Ticketfly to event management solutions company Eventbrite for $200 million. Pandora paid initially $450 million for Ticketfly in October 2015. Financial information was not disclosed.

Seasam has reported LTM revenues for the period ended December 31 2016 of $4 million and LTM EBITDA of $0.5 million, representing an LTM revenue multiple of 1.3x and an LTM EBITDA multiple of 10.0x.
