The acquisition of $18.9 per DH Corp share represents an 11 percent premium over the company’s March 10th closing price. DH Corp has reported LTM revenues for the period ended December 31, 2016 of $1.3 billion and LTM EBITDA of $236 million, representing an LTM revenue multiple of 2.8x and an LTM EBITDA multiple of 14.6x.
