Accenture will acquire a 62 percent majority stake in Germany-based digital agency SinnerSchrader in a transaction valuing the company at $101 million. The acquisition will see SinnerSchrader integrated into Accenture Interactive. SinnerSchrader has reported LTM revenues for the period ended November 30th 2016 of $54.5 million and LTM EBITDA of $6.1 million, representing an LTM revenue multiple of 1.8x and an LTM EBITDA multiple of 16.6x.
