Apartment market data company Axiometrics has been acquired by RealPage (Nasdaq:RP) for $75 million. The acquisition will see Axiometrics integrated into MPF Research. The company has reported LTM revenues for the period ended December 31st 2016 of $13.8 million, representing an LTM revenue multiple of 5.4x. The transaction of Axiometrics is expected to represent a valuation of approximately 8.0x EBITDA once fully integrated by 2018.
