The acquisition of $33.50 per Neustar share represents a premium of 21.2 percent from the company’s December 13th closing price. Neustar has reported LTM revenues for the period ended September 30th of $1.2 billion and EBITDA of $420 million, representing an LTM revenue multiple of 2.5x and an EBITDA multiple of 6.8x.
