GoDaddy (NYSE:GGDY) has acquired small business cloud hosting services provider Host Europe Group in a transaction valued at $1.8 billion, including debt, from Cinven. Host Europe Group reports expected 2016 adjusted EBITDA of $139 million, representing an 11x adjusted EBITDA multiple (including anticipated synergies). GoDaddy has also acquired WordPress services company WP Curve as it looks to expand its services business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

B-to-b media company Tarsus Group has acquired a majority stake in business travel and meetings event organizer Connect Meetings. The acquisition provides Tarsus with an expanded US trade shows portfolio. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Health Media Network has acquired the waiting room digital screens division of Elite Sampling & Media Group. The acquisition provides Health Media Network with an expanded Point of Care division. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

SaaS-based content management and collaboration solutions company Intralinks (NYSE:IL) will be acquired by Synchronoss Technologies (NYSE:SNCR) in a transaction valued at $821 million. The acquisition of $13 per Intralinks share represents a premium of 15.4 percent from the company’s December 5th closing price. Intralinks has reported LTM revenues for the period ended September 30th of $290.4 million and EBITDA of $20 million, representing a LTM revenue multiple of 2.7x and EBITDA multiple of 38.7x.

Insurance market risk management and safety software developer Succeed Management Solutions has been acquired by CIVC Partners-backed KPA. The acquisition provides KPA with complementary loss control offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Database monitoring tools developer strongDM has raised $3 million in a round of funding from True Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, Laconia Capital Group, and Social Starts. The company will use the new round of funding for hiring talent.

Patient care coordination platform PatientPing has raised $31.6 million in a round of funding led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Leerink Transformation Partners. The company will use the new round of funding for expanding its geographic presence.

Government contractor software developer Deltek will be acquired by Roper Technologies (NYSE:ROP) from Thoma Bravo in a transaction valued at $2.8 billion. Deltek has reported expected 2017 revenues of $535 million and EBITDA of $200 million, representing a 2017 revenue multiple of 5.2x and an EBITDA multiple of 14.0x.

Mobile device authentication solutions company InAuth has been acquired by American Express. The acquisition will provide American Express with complementary fraud prevention capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

KKR will acquire a majority stake in cyber security solutions company Optiv Security from Blackstone in a transaction valued between a reported $1.8 billion and $1.9 billion. The acquisition will provide Optiv Security with the resources for expanding its presence internationally. The transaction represents a reported EBITDA multiple of between 11.0x and 13.0x.

KPI dashboard development platform Dasheroo has been acquired by retention marketing platform FreshLime. The acquisition will provide FreshLime with strengthened customer profile building capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Future will acquire a 75 percent majority stake in Japan-based integration services provider YDC Corporation from Yokogawa Electric in a transaction valuing the company at $23.7 million. YDC has reported revenues for the LTM period ended March 31st of $43.5 million, representing a 0.6x LTM revenue multiple.
