The Marketing Group-owned Wilkin Marketing has acquired media planning agency Dae Advertising for $6.1 million. Dae has reported LTM revenues of $5.3 million and EBITDA of $1 million representing a revenue multiple of 1.2x and EBITDA multiple of 6.1x.

Infrastructure-as-a-service and DNS solutions provider Dyn has been acquired by Oracle. The acquisition will see Dyn integrated into Oracle’s existing cloud computing platform. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Identity theft protection services company LifeLock will be acquired by Symantec (Nasdaq:SYMC) in a deal valued at $2.3 billion. The acquisition will be financed with $750 million of new debt and will be complementary to Symantec’s consumer offerings. LifeLock has reported LTM revenues for the period ended September 30th of $650 million and EBITDA of $47 million, representing a revenue multiple of 3.2x and an EBITDA multiple of 44.3x.
