The acquisition of $40.75 per Blue Nile share represents a premium of 34 percent over the company’s November 4th closing price. The company has reported LTM revenues for the period ended July 3rd of $477 million and EBITDA of $17.2 million, representing a 1.0x revenue multiple and a 26.7x EBITDA multiple.
