AT&T (NYSE:T) has announced it will acquire Time Warner (NYSE:TWX) in a transaction valued at more than $108 billion including Time Warner debt. The acquisition of $107.50 per Time Warner Share, comprising of $53.75 per share in cash and $53.75 million in AT&T stock, represents a premium of 36 percent from the company’s October 20th closing price. Time Warner has LTM revenues for the period ending June 30th of $27.9 billion and EBITDA of $7.7 billion, representing a revenue multiple of 3.8x and an EBITDA multiple of 13.7x.
