Digital health marketing and communications solutions provider Everyday Health (NYSE:EVDY) will be acquired by j2 Global-owned Ziff Davis in a transaction valued at $465 million. The acquisition of $10.50 per Everyday Health share represents a premium of 28 percent from the company’s October 19th closing price. Everyday Health has revenues for the LTM period ended June 30th of $249 million and EBITDA of $22.4 million, representing a 1.8x revenue multiple and a 19.6x EBITDA multiple.
