Accenture will acquire a 47.4 percent stake in France-based technology consultancy OCTO Technology in a transaction valuing the company at $137 million. The acquisition of $25.30 per OCTO share represents a 43.8 percent premium over the company’s September 14th closing price. The acquisition represents an LTM revenue multiple of 2.8x.
