The acquisition of $3.40 per Monster share represents a premium of 22.7 percent over the company’s August 8th closing price. The transaction will provide Randstad with expanded online recruiting capabilities in the US.  The acquisition purchase price implies an LTM 6/30/16 EBITDA multiple of 8.9x.

Caregiver management and advisory solutions company Press Ganey (NYSE:PGND) will be acquired by EQT Equity for approximately $2.3 billion. The acquisition of $40.50 per Press Ganey share represents a 20 percent premium over the company’s year-to-date volume weighted average price. The acquisition implies an LTM revenue multiple of 6.6x and an LTM EBITDA multiple of 21.8x.
