Norway-based Internet of Things and structural systems testing software developer Fedem Technology has been acquired by SAP. The acquisition will see Fedem integrated into SAP’s predictive maintenance solutions offering. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cloud-based enterprise resource planning and commerce software developer NetSuite (NYSE:N) has been acquired by Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) in a transaction valued at $9.3 billion. The all-cash acquisition of $109 per NetSuite share represents a 16 percent premium over the company’s July 27th share price. NetSuite has LTM revenues of $846 million.

Telemetry solutions company Nayax has acquired cloud-based vending management software developer VendSys. The acquisition is complementary to Nayax’s existing device and alarm management software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

eDiscovery and legal services company Epiq Systems (Nasdaq:EPIQ) has been acquired by OMERS Private Equity for $1 billion. The acquisition of $16.50 per Epiq Systems share represents a 42 percent premium over the company’s February 19th share price. The transaction represents 12.8x Epiq Systems’ LTM reported EBITDA.
