Udemy, operator of a marketplace for online courses, has raised $60 million in a round of funding from Naspers. The company will use the new round of funding for building out its course library while expanding internationally.

UK-based gaming content and platform company Betdigital has been acquired by NYX Gaming Group. The acquisition provides NYX with an expanded game development platform in the UK. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mobile marketing solutions company Vibes has raised $45 million in a round of funding from Syniverse. The company will use the new round of funding for expanding its presence within the telecommunications industry.

ACE Tech, a provider of lead management programs and marketing services for car deals, has been acquired by Internet Brands. The acquisition provides Internet Brands with strengthened offerings for the automotive industry. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition is being made in connection with the formation of Duck Creek Technologies as the company looks to expanding its presence among property and casualty insurers. Mobile marketing analytics platform Tenjin has raised $2.5 million in a round of funding from NetEase Capital with participation from Y Combinator. The company will use the funding for expanding its engineering division.

Thoma Bravo has acquired business intelligence applications developer Qlik Technologies (Nasdaq:QLIK) for a reported $2.8 billion. The acquisition of $30.50 per Qlik share represents a premium of 40 percent over the company’s 10-day average stock price prior to March 3rd.  Qlik Technologies has reported LTM revenues of $630 million.

InMotionNow, developer of a creative production platform for marketing and creative departments, has raised $3.1 million in a round of funding led by Eastside Partners with participation from Madison River Ventures and Naples Management & Investment Company. The company will use the funding for expanding its customer base.

eDiscovery and information analytics company Recommind has been acquired by Open Text Corporation (Nasdaq:OTEX) for $163 million. Recommind is expected to generation annualized revenues of between $70 million and $80 million.

Israel-based application discovery platform company EZSource has been acquired by IBM. The acquisition will see EZSource integrated into IBM’s existing API management solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Patient monitoring systems developer EarlySense has raised $25 million in a round of funding from Bank Hapoalim, Pitango Venture Capital, and JK&B Capital. The company will use the new round of funding for product development efforts.

Automated physician scheduling and workflow solutions provider QGenda has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Francisco Partners. The company will use the new round of funding for expanding operations internationally.

Defined security platform Ping Identity has been acquired by Vista Equity Partners. The transaction provides Ping with the resources for pursuing strategic acquisitions as it looks to build out its Identity-as-a-Service enterprise capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Genstar Capital has acquired the Operation Excellence and Risk Management business of IHS (NYSE:IHS). The acquisition will provide OREM with the resources for product development. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Environmental sustainability and operational risk management solutions company Enablon will be acquired by Wolters Kluwer for $279 million. The acquisition coincides with the legal and compliance solutions expansion strategy of Wolters Kluwer’s Legal and Regulatory division. Enablon has reported 2015 revenues of $50.2 million.

Financial and clinical healthcare analytics and consulting company Equation has been acquired by Pamplona Capital Management-back MedAssets-Precyse. The acquisition provides MedAssets-Precyse with expanded capabilities for its DataRiver analytics platform. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting services firm AbleBridge has been acquired by Crowe Horwath. The acquisition provides Crowe Horwath with an expanded geographic presence. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Accounting and tax advisor continuing education solutions provider CPE Link has been acquired by Wolters Kluwer. The acquisition provides Wolters Kluwer with strengthened learning offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
