Lead management software company Marketo (Nasdaq:MKTO) will be acquired by Vista Equity Partners in a transaction valued at $1.8 billion. The acquisition of $35.25 per Marketo share represents a 64 percent premium over the company’s May 9th closing price. Marketo has reported LTM revenues of $226 million.

Supply chain management solutions provider SciQuest (Nasdaq:SQI) will be acquired by Accel-KKR for a reported $509 million. The acquisition of $17.75 per SciQuest share represents a 34 percent premium over the company’s May 27th closing price. SciQuest has reported 2015 revenues of $106 million.

Target Group, a provider of lending and investment software for financial institutions, has been acquired by Tech Mahindra for a reported $164 million. Target Group has reported 2015 revenues of $75.2 million.

The company will use the funding for product development.
