Enterprise content management and licensing solutions company Copyright Clearance Center has acquired content publishing services provider Ixxus. The acquisition provides Clearance Center with expanded international presence. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Webinar marketing platform ON24 has raised $25 million in a round of funding from Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing. The company will use the new round of funding for platform development and expanding internationally.

UK-based social media marketing platform EngageSciences has been acquired by social data search and visualization company Wayin. The acquisition provides Wayin with expanded capabilities for its customer relationship management platform integration. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Golden Gate Capital will acquire a 40 percent stake in public relations firm Sard Verbinnen & Company in a transaction valuing the company at a reported $150 million. The transaction will see Golden Gate invest a further $50 million in Sard Verbinnen as the company looks to expand its geographic presence. The company has reported revenues of $75 million.

Electronic medical records and practice management software developer DocuTAP has been acquired by Warburg Pincus. The acquisition provides DocuTAP with the resources for product development. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Compliance automation platform Assent Compliance has raised $20 million in a round of funding from Volition Capital and Open Text. The company will use the new round of funding for product development and hiring talent.

Incident management and response platform DFLabs has raised $5.5 million in Series A funding from Evolution Equity Partners. The company will use the funding for go-to-market initiatives while focusing on international expansion.
