Mobility services software developer RideCell has raised $11.7 million in Series A funding led by BMW i Ventures with participation from Khosla Ventures. The company will use the funding of funding for expanding its marketing and sales divisions.

Mainspring Healthcare Solutions, a developer of software for Hospital service departments, will be acquired by Accruent. The acquisition provides Accruent with expanded healthcare maintenance management solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Teleborder a provider of immigration HR solutions for employers, will be acquired by TriNet Group (NYSE:TNET). The acquisition provides TriNet with expanded SMB onboarding and retention offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
