Entertainment One will acquire a 65 percent majority stake Renegade83, a provider of programming for broadcast networks, for $23 million. The acquisition will expand Entertainment One’s US-based reality television business.

SaaS-based infrastructure management platform 6fusion has raised $6.6 million in a round of funding from Intersouth Partners and Grotech Ventures.  The company will use the funding for acquiring IT hardware marketplace operator MarkITx. Japan-based NTT Data Systems will acquire Dell’s information technology consulting division for $3.1 billion. The acquisition will provide NTT data with an expanded presence in the US. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Australia-based on-demand courier company Zoom2U has acquired automated logistics competitor Fetchh. The acquisition will provide Zoom2U with an expanded customer base and operations headcount. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
