Board portal and collaboration solutions developer Boardvantage will be acquired by Nasdaq for $200 million. The acquisition will see Boardvantage incorporated into Nasdaq’s Corporate Services Division. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Switzerland-based Qumram, a developer of solutions for monitoring web and mobile fraud from customer interactions, has raised $2.5 million in a round of funding from private investors. The company will use the new round of funding for expanding its presence in the US.

Japan-based security diagnosis startup Ierae Security will be acquired by crowdsourcing platform Cocon. The acquisition will provide Cocon with a strengthened mobile app security solution. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IHS (NYSE:IHS) has agreed to acquire Markit (Nasdaq:MRKT) in a merger of equals that values Markit at a reported $5.6 billion. The acquisition will see IHS own a 57 percent majority in the combined company and pay the equivalent of $31.13 per Markit share, a 5.6 percent premium over the company’s March 18th close. Markit has reported 2015 revenues of $1.1 billion and EBITDA of $382 million and the transaction will see the combined company based in the UK.

Document management services provider Imagetek Office Systems will be acquired by Xerox (NYSE:XRX). The acquisition will see Imagetek integrated into Xerox’s Global Imaging Systems division. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
