The acquisition will provide Quicken with the resources for expanding its engineering team as it looks to build out the Mac version of its product. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CimpleBox, a developer of SaaS-based back-office software for restaurants and retailers, will be acquired by NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR). The acquisition is complimentary to NCR’s mobile point of sale solution portfolio. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Data security company Safend will be acquired by SuperCom (Nasdaq:SPCB). The acquisition provides SuperCom with expanded encryption and data protection solutions for the Public Safety and Finance portfolio. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
