Broadcast media services company RR Media (Nasdaq:RRM) will be acquired by Germany-based SES Platform Services in a transaction valuing the company at $242 million. The acquisition will SES pay $13.29 per RR Media share, representing a 52 percent premium over the company’s February 24th closing price. RR Media has reported 2015 revenues of $134 million and EBITDA of $16 million.
