Gaming software development company Razer has raised $75 million at a reported valuation of $1.5 billion in Series C funding from Hong Kong-based Digital Grid Technology. The company will use the funding for launching new products.

Real, developer of a lead generation platform for the real estate industry, has raised $6 million in Series A funding from Magma Venture Partners. The company will use the new round of funding for expanding marketing and research and development efforts.

Ad technology platform and website monetization services provider Technorati will be acquired by personalized content and advertising technology services company Synacor for $3 million. The acquisition is complimentary to Synacor’s programmatic advertising platform.

Reflektion, developer of an analytics platform for online retailers, has raised $18 million in a round of funding led by Battery Ventures with participation from Hasso Plattner Ventures and Intel Capital. The company will use the funding for building out its client base.

UK-based content marketing intelligence platform Codec has raised $1.5 million in a round of funding from 500 Startups. The company will use the new round of funding for building out its sales and marketing divisions.

IKO System, a provider of social media sales intelligence solutions, has raised $2.8 million in Series A funding from Naxicap Partners, 3T Capital, and BpiFrance.  The company will use the new round of funding for building out its product development division.

Online collaboration platform developer Framebench will be acquired by customer support software developer Freshdesk. The acquisition is complimentary to the company’s Freshservice offering. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Automotive software tools and consulting services provider Symtavision will be acquired by Luxoft Holdings (NYSE:LXFT). The acquisition provides Luxoft with an expanded embedded software offering. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Brightree, a provider of healthcare-related billing and business management software solutions, will be acquired by ResMed (NYSE:RMD) for $800 million from Battery Ventures. The acquisition will be complimentary to ResMed’s back-office operations and patient contact management offerings. Brightree has reported 2015 revenues of $113 million and EBITDA of $43 million.

Namely, operator of an HR software platform for mid-market companies, has raised $30 million in a round of funding led by Sequoia Capital with participation from Matrix Partners, True Ventures, and Greenspring Associates. The company will use the funding for expanding integration capabilities.

Application endpoint security solutions provider Arellia will be acquired by account management solutions provider Thycotic. The acquisition provides Thycotic an expanded privileged account management offering. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cyber threat prevention solutions developer ReSec Technologies has raised $5 million in Series A funding from Pico Venture Partners and Founders Group. The company will use the new round of funding for expanding operations.

virtualization

SaaS-based nested virtualization company Ravello Systems will be acquired for Oracle in a transaction valuing the company at a reported $500 million. The acquisition will see Ravello develop products under Oracle Public Cloud. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Masterclass, a provider online celebrity-taught programs and courses, has raised $15 million in a round of funding led by New Enterprise Associates with participation from Javelin Venture Partners, Bloomberg Beta, Novel TMT Ventures, Advancit Capital, WME Ventures, and Harrison Metal. The company will use the funding for expanding its course offerings.
