China-based online dating platform Jiayuan.com (Nasdaq:DATE) will be acquired by China-based matchmaking sites operator Baihe Online for $235 million. The acquisition of $5.04 per Jiayuan.com ordinary share represents a 62.9 percent premium over the company’s March 2nd share price, the company’s last trading day before announcing potential “take-private” proposals. Jiayuan.com has reported revenues of $111 million and EBITDA of $5 million.

Mobile news site Circa has been acquired by local TV stations operator Sinclair Broadcast Group. The acquisition will provide Sinclair with an expanded digital arm as Circa begins relaunching its services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Digital media publishing services company Dose has raised $25 million in a round of funding from Tribune Media. The company will use the funding for building out its traffic driving solutions while expanding its sales division.

Crowdsourced shopping site The Hunt and photo matching app developer Pext will be acquired by Pinterest. The acquisitions provide Pinterest with expanded search capabilities as the company looks to build out its discovery engine. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Vice Media has raised $200 million at a valuation of $4 billion in a round of funding from The Walt Disney Company. The round of funding, which follows a recent $200 million investment made by Disney in November, will see Disney increase its ownership stake in Vice to one-fifth. The funds will be used for expanding international presence while building out programming.

Farm Journal Media, Bobit Business Media, and CCI Media will acquire the separate assets of Vance Publishing. The three acquisitions encompass Vance’s print and digital magazine titles and live events and data products. Farm Journal Media will acquire Vance’s agriculture and produce assets, Bobit will acquire Vance’s beauty portfolio, and CCI will acquire Vance’s woodworking network. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Big data anomaly detection solutions provider Anodot has raised $3 million in Series A funding from Disrupt-ive Partners. The company will use the funding for expanding roadmap and sales activity while focusing on the eCommerce and manufacturing industries.

IBM has acquired cloud video management solutions firm Clearleap. The acquisition will see Clearleap integrated into IBM’s Cloud platform as the company looks to expand its video delivery services for mobile devices. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

UK-based business process outsourcing and procurement services company Xchanging will be acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE:CSC) for $720 million. The acquisition will provide CSC with expanded insurance and wealth management outsourcing capabilities. Xchanging has reported revenues of $836 million.

UK-based IT services company A.P.T. will be acquired by IT consulting firm Evolve IP. The acquisition provides Evolve IP with an expanded presence in the veterinary medicine and pharmaceutical industries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Moving and logistics platform developer Zootly has raised $2.5 million in a round of funding from undisclosed investors. The company will use the funding for expanding its presence domestically and increasing headcount.

India-abased Jigsaw Academy, a developer of data analytics courses, has raised $3 million in Series A funding from Manipal Global Education Services. The company will use the funding for expanding its product portfolio.
