Ticketing company Vendini will acquire the consumer ticketing assets of event management platform developer Cvent (NYSE:CVT) for $3 million. The acquisition coincides with Cvent’s strategy of focusing resources on event management solutions for the hospitality industry.

Impellam Group will acquire workforce management and staffing solutions company Bartech from Sverica Capital Management for $120 million. The acquisition will be composed of $115 million in cash and 5 million in stock, and will provide Impellam with an expanded presence in the US.
