China-based video app developer Yixia Tech has raised $200 million in Series D funding at a reported valuation of $1 billion from Weibo, Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Redpoint Ventures, and YG Entertainment. Fashion websites operator Clique Media has acquired Canada-based fashion trends shopping platform Wantering. The acquisition provides Clique Media with an expanded commerce portfolio. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

SphereUp, a developer of site search software, has been acquired by predictive search and browsing solutions company Zoomd for $7 million. The acquisition provides Zoomd with strengthened search tool engagement capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cybersecurity software developer Phishlabs has raised $7 million in Series B funding from Fulcrum Equity Partners. The company will use the funding for expanding its engineering division while scaling operations.

UK-based hotel and hospitality IT consulting firm Avenue9 has been acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL). The acquisition provides JLL with strengthened service offerings for its Hotel & Hospitality Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
