Pandora (NYSE:P) has acquired the IP and technology assets of online music streaming company Rdio for $75 million. The acquisition will see Rdio file for bankruptcy after raising $125 million in funding at a one-time valuation of $500 million. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Potential earn out is contingent upon Optimatic performance and will see the company combined with Mobfox as Matomy looks to strengthen its existing programmatic solutions. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Multi-screen advertising technology company Pixels has been acquired by advertising software company Gravity4. The acquisition provides Gravity4 with an expanded presence in South East Asia. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Online cleaning services aggregator Cleanify has raised $1.8 million in a round of funding from 500 Startups, Kapor Capital, and Great Oaks Venture Capital. The company will use the funding for building out its platform.

The company will use the funding for expanding into the international payment industry.

Information solutions provider IDI, Inc. (NYSE MKT:IDI) will acquire digital marketing and customer acquisition company Fluent for $100 million in cash and 15 million shares of common stock. The acquisition will provide IDI with an expanded data analytics platform for the risk management industry. Spain-based big data and data science company Synergic Partners has been acquired by Telefonica. The acquisition will see Synergic Partners operate independently while bolstering Telefonica’s business intelligence and big data divisions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Vehicle registration software developer Motor Vehicle Software Corporation has raised an undisclosed growth equity investment from Accel-KKR. The company will use the funding for expanding operations while building out new technology offerings.

Cybersecurity company ProtectWise has raised $20 million in Series B funding led by Tola Capital with participation from Crosslink Capital, Trinity Ventures, Paladin Capital Group, and Arsenal Venture Partners. The company has raised $37 million to date and will use the funding for product development.

Application and requirement solutions management developer Blueprint has raised $23 million in a round of funding from Centana Growth Partners. The company will use the funding for expanding internationally while building out its customer and partner programs.

Container and virtualization solutions provider Numecent has raised $15.5 million in Series B funding from Deutsche Telekom and private investors. The company has raised $38 million to date and will use the funding for product development initiatives.

Digital education platform developer Knewton has raised $42 million in a round of funding led by Sofina with participation from Atomico, Accel Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, FirstMark Capital, and Founders Fund. The company will use the funding for expanding its sales, implementation, and support teams.
