Cyber security software developer Tenable Network Security has raised $250 million in Series B funding from Insight Venture Partners and Accel Partners. The company has raised $300 million to date will use the funding for international expansion.

Legal translation services company Geotext Translations has been acquired by Lionbridge Technologies (Nasdaq:LIOX) for $11 million. The acquisition provides Lionbridge with expanded legal industry clientele. Geotext has reported revenues of $17 million.
