Console and PC gaming company Activision Blizzard will acquire King Digital Entertainment for $5.9 billion. Activision Blizzard will pay $18 per King share, a 20 percent premium over the companies October 30th closing price, representing an enterprise value of $5 billion. The acquisition will be 20 percent lower than King’s March 2014 IPO price of $22.50. King has reported TTM adjusted revenues of $2.1 billion and TTM adjusted EBITDA of $900 million.

Mobile invoicing app Invoice2Go has raised $15 million in Series C funding led by Ribbit Capital with participation from Accel Partners. The company will use the funding for expanding in the financial technology space while building out features for its app.

Hitbox, operator of a livestreaming community for gamers, has raised $4 million in a round of funding led by Speedinvest with participation from North Base Media. The company will use the funding for expanding operations.

REA Group will fully acquire Malaysia-based real estate classifieds portal operator iProperty Group for $420 million. The acquisition values iProperty at $540 million and expands REA’s offering in the Asia-Pacific region.

Mobile video advertising platform Pokkt has raised $5 million in a round of funding from Segnel Venture, Jafco Ventures, Innov8, and Jungle Ventures. The company will use the funding for building out its product offering while expanding its sales and marketing efforts.
