Best practice insight company CEB (NYSE:CEB) has acquired Wanted Technologies, a provider of business intelligence and analytics solutions for staffing and talent sourcing, for $34 million. Wanted Technologies has reported revenues of $10 million and EBITDA of $2 million.

eCommerce services and solutions firm Magelia has been acquired by enterprise resource planning software firm Cegid Group. The acquisition strengthens Cegid’s SaaS-based multichannel commerce solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Real estate platform Compass has raised $50 million in a round of funding led by Institutional Venture Partners with participation from Thrive Capital, Founders Fund, .406 Ventures, and Advance Publications. The company has raised $123 million to date and will use the new round of funding for accelerating expansion into new markets while building out its engineering and design teams.
