Cloud networking startup Aviatrix has raised $10 million in Series A from Formation 8 and Ignition Partners. The company will use the new round of funding for expanding operations and building out its enterprise partnerships.

Communications and data services company Premiere Global Services will be acquired by Siris Capital Group for $1 billion. Siris Capital will acquire outstanding shares at $14 dollars a share, representing a premium of 23 percent over Premiere’s September 10th closing price of $11.35. Premiere has reported revenues of $566 million and EBITDA of $74 million.

Employee advocacy solutions provider Dynamic Signal has raised $12 million in Series C funding led by Rembrandt Venture Partners with participation from Venrock, Trinity Ventures, Time Warner Ventures, and Cox Enterprises. The company has raised $33 million to date and will use the round of funding for acquiring social content marketing firm Papershare. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
