Accenture (NYSE:ACN) will acquired S3 TV Technology, provider of a cloud-based automated testing platform and video consulting services, from S3 Group. S3 TV Technology will be folded into Accenture’s Digital Video Services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Hong Kong-based freight logistics startup Freightos has raised $14 million in Series B funding from Aleph, Annoc Capital, ICV, MSR Capital, and Sadara Ventures. The company has raised $23.3 million to date and will use the round of funding for building out new partnerships in the shipping industry.
