Web live chat software developer HeyBubble has been acquired by business process management marketplace operator Interfacing Technologies Corporation. The acquisition provides HeyBubble with a strengthened marketing, sales, and product development team.

Digital wallet solutions and mobile virtual network operator Wipit has been acquired by white-label digital banking applications developer Urban FT Group. The acquisition provides Urban FT with strengthened digital banking capabilities for non-bank issuers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Marlin Network, a provider of marketing campaigns for the restaurants and brands, has been acquired by Advantage Sales & Marketing. The acquisition expands Advantage’s footprint and marketing capabilities within the foodservices industry. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Medical affairs outsourcing company Tardis Medical has been acquired by Publicis Healthcare. Tardis will align with Publicis Touchpoint Solutions while providing it the firm strengthened clinical capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Legal marketing agency services provider Walker Advertising has received a majority investment from ClearLight Partners. The company will use the new resources for expanding its geographic presence domestically. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mobile security company Good Technology will be acquired by BlackBerry for $425 million. The acquisition provides BlackBerry with strengthened mobility infrastructure capabilities. Good Technology is expected to report 2015 revenues of $160 million.

Financial wellness products developer Questis has raised $2 million in a round of funding from IOP Capital. The company will use the new round of funding for hiring talent while scaling into strategic markets domestically.

Business intelligence and data analytics company Database Marketing Agency, a portfolio company of The Riverside Company, has acquired Baker Hill, a provider of relationship and risk-management solutions, from Experian for $100 million. Baker Hill reported 2014 revenues of $31 million.
