Fantasy sports destination DraftKings has raised $300 million in Series D funding led by FOX Sports with participation from Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, Atlas Venture, DST Global, GGV Capital, The Kraft Group, The Raine Group, and Wellington Management. The company will use the funding for building out its web and mobile products.

South Korea-based gaming studio Innospark has raised $6.5 million in Series B funding from Company K Partners, SL Investment, and Keystone Ventures. The company will use the new round of funding for penetrating the Chinese market while developing titles for multi-screen platforms.

UK-based online gaming company Gaming Realms has acquired social casino games developer Slingo from RealNetworks for $18 million in cash and stock. The acquisition will see Gaming Realms leverage Slingo into real money gaming. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

China-based train ticketing app Suanya has been acquired by Ctrip (Nasdaq:CTRP) for $16 million. The acquisition provides Ctrip with an enhanced mobile interface for its domestic travel search offering. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Financial data and information company SNL Financial will be acquired by McGraw Hill Financial for $2.2 billion. The acquisition will complement McGraw Hill’s S&P Capital IQ offering while expanding the analytic capabilities of its Platts energy market serving platform. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
