Private equity firm HGGC will acquire Belgium-based CRM solutions provider Selligent in a transaction that is estimated between $150 million and $200 million. The acquisition is HGGC’s fourth of the year. Valuation and further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Germany-based web hosting company United Internet has acquired Poland-based domain names and web hosting services firm home.pl for $171 million.
