Cloud-based identity and document verification company IDchecker has been acquired by customer acquisition and identity solutions provider Mitek Systems (Nasdaq:MITK) for $10.6 million. The acquisition expands Mitek’s product portfolio as it expands into the multi-factor authentication market.
