Charter Communications (Nasdaq:CHTR) and Arris Group (Nasdaq:ARRS) have jointly acquired cloud TV interface company ActiveVideo for $135 million. Arris Group will own 65 percent of the company and will serve as the sales channel for Charter’s CloudTV product. Further terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
