Cloud-based photo exchanging network and mobile app developer Camerama has been acquired by Forbes. The acquisition coincides with Forbes’ strategy of developing its mobile strategy while building out apps that use Camerama’s technology. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Japan-based restaurant finder app Retty has raised $8.2 million in a round of funding from Fidelity Growth Partners. The company has raised $12.6 million to date and will use the new round of funding for focusing on international expansion.

Pinterest has raised $367 million in Series G funding from Bessemer Venture Partners and Andreessen Horowitz, and is looking to raise another $211 million to close out the round. The company has raised $764 million to date and the most recent round is valued at $11 billion. The funding will be used for fueling international expansion.

MRops, a provider of business-to-business research, executive interviewing, statistical services, and sampling solutions, has been acquired by PE firm HGGC. MRops will be integrated into HGGC portfolio company Survey Sampling International as the company looks to expand through acquisitions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Market research initiative management solution provider ResearchReporter has been acquired by FocusVision, a provider of video transmission and analysis solutions for the market research industry.
