21st Century Fox (Nasdaq:FOXA) has acquired True[x] Media, a provider of ad-tech solutions for brands, for an estimated $200 million. True[x] has raised $50 million in rounds of funding from Jafco Ventures, Pinnacle Ventures, Northwest Venture Partners, and Redpoint Ventures. The company will continue to operate as a standalone business.

Digital presence management company Yext has acquired Netherlands-based rival InnerBalloons. The acquisition anchors Yext’s European footprint and falls in line with the company expansion strategy of extending its recently increased product portfolio.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Scanning and iBeacon startup Scan.me and web design advertising monetization platform Vergence Labs has been acquired by Snapchat for $50 and $15 million, respectively. The cash and stock acquisitions are two of three Snapchat deals to have recently taken place with the common goal of bolstering the company’s product capabilities.

WPP data investment management arm Kantar Media has acquired a majority stake in Latin America-based media measuring business IBOPE Media. The acquisition strengthens Kantar’s global footprint in media measurement and evaluation and will enable Kantar to link media and purchase throughout the region. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
