The company will use the new capital for enhancing its supply chain, building brand equity across markets, investing in marketing to expand customer base, and investing in technology.

Shopping and package tracking app Slice, which was acquired by Rakuten earlier this year, has acquired Unroll.me, an app that allows users roll up and manage mass email subscriptions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company has raised $73.5 million to date and is valued in the low hundreds of millions range. The company will use the new capital to expand out from its core demographic and to eliminate bullying within the app.

Omni-channel eCommerce services provider Speed Commerce (Nasdaq:SPDC) has acquired Fifth Gear, a single source provider of order management, fulfillment and customer care services for $55 million in cash in addition to stock. The acquisition provides Speed with a diversified client base, adds fulfillment services assets, and will allow the company to operate as a provider end-to-end eCommerce solutions.

Mobile forms company doForms has raised $2.7 million in a round of funding form undisclosed investors. The company will use the new funding for further accelerating its penetration into enterprise-sized businesses.

Apto, provider of CRM and pipeline tracking software of the commercial real estate industry, has raised $1.4 million in Series A funding led by Mercury Fund. The company will use the new capital for expanding its sales and marketing efforts and broadening product development.

Self-Serve mobile advertising platform PocketMath has raised $10 million in a round of funding from Rakuten Ventures. The company will use the new capital for acquiring talent, accelerating product development, and establishing a strategic partnership with Rakuten.

Germany-based online travel, publishing, and subscription Internet Company Tomorrow Focus has sold its wholly owned digital agency Cellular GmbH, which focuses on mobile and app design, in a management buyout deal. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Datablink, a provider of authentication and fraud prevention solutions, has merged with Brazil-based BRToken, a developer of mobile authentication technology. The combination will operate under the name Datablink. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Sentient Technologies, which provides scaled artificial intelligence solutions for data management, has raised $103.5 million in Series C funding led by Access Industries with participation from Tata Communications and Horizons Ventures. The company has raised $143 million to date and will use the new capital for growing its team, scaling its partner infrastructure, and accelerating the commercialization of its product.

Accela, a provider of civic engagement solutions for the government, has acquired Decade Software, a provider of environmental health and safety solutions for the Health Departments in the US. The acquisition increases the value proposition of the Accela Civic platform and increases the amount of government agencies leveraging Accela for land and asset management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Host Analytics, a provider of enterprise performance management solutions, has raised $25 million in a round of funding from Centerview Capital Technology with participation from Advanced Technology Ventures, Next World Capital, StarVest Partners, and Trident Capital.  The company has raised $80 million to date and will use the new capital for organic growth in the US, supporting product initiatives in operational planning, and driving international expansion.

Insight Venture Partners has acquired a stake in TriTech Software Systems, a provider of public safety software solutions, from FFL. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Altisource Portfolio Solutions (Nasdaq:ASPS), a provider of marketplace and transaction solutions for the reals estate and mortgage industries, has acquired Owners.com, an online real estate service for buying and selling homeownership, for $20 million. The acquisition adds a flat fee MLS service to Altisource’s offerings.

The company will use the new influx for expanding its share in the college graduate market as well as extending its offerings to the broader professional recruiting market.

QikWell Technologies, which runs a healthcare site that allows users to search and choose doctors in their area, has raised $3 million in Series A funding from SAIF Partners. The startup will use the new capital for expanding its sales and marketing footprint in the US.

Boomtown Network, a provider of on-demand remote and on-site tech support for small businesses, has raised $3 million in a round of funding from Freestyle Capital. The company will use the new funding for organic growth and expansion.

Fluc, which provides logistic services and solutions for food delivery, has raised $2.3 million in a round of funding from Sherpa Ventures and undisclosed investors. The company will use the new capital to expand its offering to new cities.
