Meredith Corporation (NYSE:MDP) has acquired Mywedding.com, provider of a complete wedding planning product suite. The acquisition helps extends Meredith’s reach to millennial women and into the wedding marketplace. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

eCommerce Startup OrderWithMe, which aggregates orders of small businesses and offers discounts by suppliers for bulk orders, has $28 million in Series B funding from Silicon Valley Bank, Advantage Capital Partners, BaseVC, Vegas Tech Fund, Pentland Group, and SOSventures. The company has raised $38 million to date and will use the new capital for launching different solutions for independent retailers.

GrooveBook, a photo printing app and subscription service for personalized photo books, has been acquired by Shutterfly for $14.5 million. The acquisition is one of several photo-focused startups that Shutterfly has recently acquired.

The combined purchase is approximately $30 million mostly in stock. The acquisitions will help Rubicon offer marketers and publishers the ability to buy and sell ad ace on an upfront basis.

Personalized online video advertising platform Eyeview has raised $15 million in a round of funding from Marker. The company will use the new capital for expanding regional growth, increasing sales and marketing efforts in new shopper marketing and travel verticals, and growing existing automotive and retail verticals.

Swarm Mobile, a startup that helps businesses connect with and track their customers while in stores, has been acquired by Groupon. The acquisition continues Groupon’s pattern of expanding its offerings for local businesses beyond daily deals. Swarm had previously raised $3.5 million in funding from Icon Ventures. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ChyronHego (NASDAQ:CHYR), a provider of broadcast graphics creation, has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Vector Capital. A Vector Capital affiliate will purchase all outstanding shares and will look to expand ChryonHego’s product and service capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

eDiscovery services provider LDiscovery has announced its merger with Renew Data, a legal consulting and technology company. The combination will see Renew Data retain its brand, and will provide improved software development, information security, and IT infrastructure capabilities for eDiscovery. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Finland-based Oppex, which develops a search engine for sales opportunities, has raised $1.5 million in a round of funding from Alma Media, Venturi, and Tekes. The company will use the new capital for accelerating the development of its subscription product.

InsightSquared, a provider of cloud-based sales and marketing analytics, has raised $13.5 million in Series C funding led by Two Sigma Ventures with participation from Atlas Ventures, DFJ, and NewView Ventures. China-based property developer Evergrande Real Estate (SEHK:3333) has acquired 75 percent majority stake in magazine publisher New Media Group Holdings for $122.5 million. The acquisition marks the third acquisition by Evergrande in the past month as the company looks to diversify amid tighter margins in Chinese real-estate.
