The company will use the funding for expanding its range of disease areas and for increasing its global footprint.

SaaS-based employee engagement platform YourCause, which provide corporate social responsibility programs, has raised $4 million in Series A funding led by Vocap Investment Partners. The company will use the new capital for expanding marketing and sales initiatives, developing new industry products, services, and geographic capabilities.

Cognitive Code Corporation, which develops and deploys practical conversational artificial intelligence systems, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding in a round led by Channel Mark Ventures. The company will use the new capital for advancing growth initiatives and the development of other technology products.

The company has raised $5 million to date and will use the new capital to scale operations, continue to enhance its product, and grow its customer base.
