Snapdeal has recently raised $230 million in two rounds, one led by eBay and one led by Black Rock, Temasek, Myriad, and Premji Investment. In conjunction with the investment, Softbank has announced its intentions to acquire Snapdeal.

Fleksy, which develops a keyboard for mobile devices, has raised $2 million in a round of funding from Digital Garage, Highland Capital Partners, and Militello Capital. The company will use the new capital for continued improvement of its product offerings.

Yelp (NYSE:YELP), has acquired France-based Cityvox, provider of a review platform. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

China-based Lomark, a provider of mobile advertising solutions, has raised $30 million in Series B funding in a round led by KPCB with participation from DFJ DragonFund, ABS Capital Partners, Shenzhen Fortune Venture Capital, and ABC Capital.

MobFox, which provides a one-stop mobile platform for publishers to manage their mobile ad inventory, has been acquired by Matomy Media Group, a provider of multichannel performance-based advertising solutions for advertisers and publishers, for $17.6 million in cash and stock. The acquisition comes after Publicis Group’s 20 percent purchase of Matomy earlier this month. Publicis plans to expand Matomy’s foothold in online marketing.

Germany-based adsquare, which provides a mobile audience targeting platform for publishers to optimize ad effectiveness, has raised $4.3 million in Series A funding from Berlin Ventures and Target Partners. The company will use the new capital to accelerate growth and international expansion.

Publicis Groupe has acquired RUN, provider of a real-time data management and multi-channel programmatic buying platform with mobile capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition falls in line with Publicis’ plan to earn 50 percent of its revenue from digital. RUN will maintain its name and operate as a standalone unit within Starcom MediaVest Group.

Segmint, a provider of digital marketing solutions for banks, has raised $9 million in a round of funding from an undisclosed financial technology company. The company plans on using the new capital for managing current increased demand, accelerating product enhancements, and increasing its employee base to mirror company growth.

Zift Solutions, a provider of channel marketing automation solutions, has acquired Marketing Advocate. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition accelerates Zift’s support solutions for collaborative sales and marketing initiatives. The Marketing Advocate brand will be consolidated with Zift’s following completion of the acquisition.

Chime Communications (LSE:CHW),a provider of sports marketing, advertising, and management consultancy services, has acquired SJX Partners, an entertainment marketing company, for $8.5 million in cash and stock. The acquisition is expected to be immediately earning accretive.

i2i Events Group, which delivers exhibitions for the retail, technology, and media sectors, has acquired Money20/20, an organizer of events for the payments and financial services sector. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. i2i will continue to pursue future acquisitions.

Digity Media has acquired Three Eagles Communications, a radio broadcasting firm that owns and operates stations in the Midwest, from Pamlico Capital and Primus Capital for $66.5 million. Digity plans to grow in all areas of Three Eagles’ operations.

Moka5, a provider of end-user computing solutions, has received $16 million in Series D funding from Khosla Ventures, Highland Capital Partners, and NGEN Partners.

Spanning Cloud Apps, a provider of backup and recovery solutions for cloud applications, has been acquired by EMC (NYSE:EMC). The acquisition is made in conjunction with EMC’s Enterprise Hybrid Cloud Solution. Spanning technology enhances EMC’s enterprise data protection solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

EMC (NYSE:EMC) has acquired Maginatics, a provider of cloud data mobility services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition extends EMC’s cloud data protection strategy, and the company will look to integrate Maginatics technology with its existing data protection software.

Wealthfront, which provides automated investment services, has raised $64 million in Series D funding led by Spark Capital with participation from Dragoneer Investment Group, Index Ventures, DAG Ventures, Greylock Partners, Ribbit Capital, and Social+Capital Partnership. The company will use the new capital for the continued building out of its services.

Germany-based RhodeCode, which provides enterprise software file versioning and collaboration solutions, has raised $3.5 million in a round of funding from DFJ Espirit and Earlybird Venture Capital. The company will use the funds for hiring and to accelerate growth into the lifecycle management market.

Carcode, which provides a mobile technology that allows buyers to engage one-on-one via text message with dealers, has been acquired by Edmunds.com, a provider of online resources for automotive information. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

New Call Telecom has acquired a 70 percent stake in Netherlands-based Nimbuzz, which is a provider of messaging solutions with a majority concentration of users located in India. The deal is valued at $175 million. Nimbuzz has recently raised funding from Mangrove Capital Partners, Holtzbrinck Ventures, Mountain Partners, and Myriad International Holdings.

Onyx Payments, a subsidiary of H.I.G. Capital that provides process payment disbursement and reconciliation solutions for the hospitality industry, has acquired Net Trans Services, a provider of commission recovery services for hotels and travel agents, and Worldwide Payment Systems, a provider of data and payment processing services. Terms of the deals were not disclosed. The acquisitions augment Onyx’s service offerings on the supply and demand sides of the travel industry.

Bright.md, which provides a technology platform for medical groups to use to care for patients remotely, has raised $1 million in a round of funding led by Seven Peaks Ventures. The funds will be used for development of the company’s telemedicine platform.

Cigital, a provider of software security services and solutions, has acquired iViZ Security, a provider of cloud-based testing-as-a-service solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. iViZ will integrate its technology with Citigal and will act as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

MWW has acquired Ideation, a software and product development company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition marks MWW efforts to become a full-service digital agency.

Albertini Group, an executive search company, has merged with Pena Search Consulting, a provider of human capital management consultancy services, and have renamed as Kingsley Gate. Terms of the merger were not disclosed.

BigPanda, which develops an incident management platform for IT operations, has raised $7 million in Series A funding led by Mayfield Fund with participation from Sequoia Capital. The company will use the new capital to further accelerate growth.
