The acquisition is expected to contribute to Invigor’s EBITDA.

SnapLogic, which is a developer of SaaS open source data integration solutions that enable enterprises to create rich Internet applications , has raised $20 million in Series D in a round led by Ignition Partners with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, H. Barton Asset Management, Pharus Capital Management, and Triangle Peak Partners. The company has raised $60 million in total, and intends to use the new capital to grow its field sales, marketing, and operations while continuing to build big data streaming capabilities for its connectivity platform.

Six Apart, a provider of content management software and solutions, has acquired Topics, a developer of digital publishing products, from 29th Street Publishing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition allows Six Apart to streamline front-end development.

Orchard Platform, a provider of an investment and analytics platform focused on the global marketplace lending market, has raised $14.7 million in a round of funding led by Spark Capital and Canaan Partners. Benu Networks, which provides networking and software solutions for operators deploying Wi-Fi and cloud services, has raised $27.7 million in a round of funding led by Liberty Global Ventures and Arris Group with participation from Spark Capital, Sutter Hill Ventures, and Comcast Ventures.

Portugal-based AnubisNetworks, a provider of IT security and risk management solutions, has been acquired by BitSight Technologies, a developer of data analytics and security software. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. AnubisNetworks will continue to operate as a subsidiary of BitSight Technologies.

The company operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas44 and will use the new capital to advance its proprietary lending platform.

StackIQ, which develops a multi-server management system for cloud data clusters, has received $6 million in Series B funding from GrayHawk Capital, Keshif Ventures, DLA Piper, OurCrowd, Anthem Venture Partners, and Avalon Partners. Ireland-based Epicor Software, a provider of business management solutions and software owned by Apax Partners, has acquired QuantiSense, which provides analytics, business intelligence, and data warehousing solutions for retailers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition extends Epicor’s reach as a provider of omni-channel solutions for large retail chains.

Navera, a provider of benefits engagement solutions, has raised $8 million in Series B funding from Mohr Davidow Ventures and Emergence Capital Partners. The company plans on using the new capital to accelerate product and channel development.

CareSync, which provides a patient-centered coordination platform, has raised $4.3 million in Series A funding from CDH Investments, Clearwell Group, and Tullis Health Investors. The new capital will be used for scaling operations to meet increasing demands.

Moogsoft, a provider of collaborative situation management software for IT operations, has raised an additional $3 million in Series B funding from Cisco Ventures, bringing the total Series B round to $14 million. The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate plans to advance its operational tools.

SilverSky, a provider of cloud-based security software and managed solutions, has been acquired by BAE Systems (LSE:BA) for $232 million. SilverSky will be incorporated in BAE Systems’ Applied Intelligence division and will allow the company to focus on continued expansion in the managed services marketplace.

Firebase, which provides a mechanism for developers to write mobile and web-based apps that stay in sync with each other, has been acquired by Google (NASDAQ:GOOGL). Firebase employees will become part of Google’s cloud-computing team. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Google will continue to operate the service.

Berkshire Partners has acquired a majority stake in Access Information Management, a provider of data protection and record-keeping services, from Summit Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Safe Site Northwest and DataSite Business Archives will continue to operate as subsidiaries of Access Information Management.

HomeZada, which provides a digital home information platform for the homeowner lifecycle, has raised $2.1 million a round of funding led by Moneta Ventures. The company plans to use the funds to focus on accelerating the development of the platform, increasing brand awareness, and marketing to acquire new users.

Mirantis, an OpenStack systems integrator, has raised $100 million in Series B funding from Insight Venture Partners with participation from Intel Partners, Westsummit Capital, Ericsson, and SAP Ventures. The company, which had previously raised $20 million, will use the new capital to double its engineering investments and accelerate international expansion in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

iCollege (ASX:ICT), a provider of online education services, has acquired Dynamic Learning Services, which provides registered training courses for the hospitality and finance sectors, for $4 million. Dynamic’s courses will be integrated onto iCollege’s mobile online platform. The acquisition expands iCollege’s portfolio and broadens its corporate client base.
