Context Relevant, a predictive data analytics solutions company, has raised $13.5 million in Series B-1 funding led by Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Formation 8, New York Life, and Bloomberg Beta. The company had previously raised $21 million back in May, which brought the company’s total funding to $42 million.

Email marketing startup Sendwithus has raised $2.3 million in seed funding led by Baseline Ventures with participation from Initialized Capital, SV Angel, Maiden Lane, Acequia Capital, and individual angel investors. The company plans on using the new capital to hire team members and continue to develop its platform.

UK-based Lodgeo, which develops and operates a mobile application for comparing hotel prices and booking hotels, has raised $3.3 million in funding led by Javest Investment Fund and individual angel investors. The company plans on using the new capital to further enhance its technology and launch international marketing initiatives.

Fundrise, which provides a real estate crowdfunding platform, has raised $7 million in Series A funding led by individual angel investors. The company plans on using the new capital to further expand its platform.

Qzzr, which provides a platform that enables users to create mobile and online quizzes in minutes, post them anywhere on the web and track results through analytics,  has raised $2 million in seed funding led by Kickstart Seed Fund with participation from Pelion Venture Partners, Peterson Partners, RPM Ventures, and individual angels.

DynAdmic, which provides video technology and an ad platform, has raised $3 million in Series A funding led by XAnge Private Equity. The company plans on using the new capital to expand in North and South America, as well as consolidate its market position in Europe.

Agency & Marketing Services

Germany-based business-to-business integrated marketing agency Zweimaleins was acquired by Publicis Groupe (ENXTPA:PUB).  The agency will be integrated into Saatchi & Saatchi to create Saatchi & Saatchi Pro, a B2B-focused agency. With this acquisition, the agency also creates a new digital hub and strengthens its presence in Berlin significantly. Terms were not disclosed.

Array Health, which provides cloud-based health insurance exchange technology and services, has raised $13 million in funding led by Noro-Moseley Partners with participation from Vocap Investment Partners. The company plans on using the new capital to accelerate product development, sales and marketing teams.

Software

MemSQL, a developer of database management software, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from In-Q-Tel. The company previously raised around $45 million from firms like Accel Partners, Khosla Ventures, Data Collective, and First Round Capital. The investment will generate market opportunities for MemSQL’s in-memory distributed database with government entities.

Skillz, which develops software enabling mobile gamers to compete in skills-based tournaments, has raised $6 million in venture debt and equity financing led by Atlas Venture. The company, which has now raised $13.3 million to date, plans on using the new capital for a user acquisition program available to developers launching games on the platform.
