SalesLogix, which provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform, was acquired by business application software and cloud services provider Infor from Swiftpage. Infor will rebrand the SalesLogix CRM product as Infor CRM, which adds sales and service functionality to Infor CloudSuite. Terms were not disclosed.

GraphicMail, which provides integrated email solutions that include campaign management, email templates, analytics, and email editing capabilities, was acquired for $5.2 million by email delivery services provider SMTP (Nasdaq:SMTP). GraphMail generated $4 million in annual revenues in 2013.

LevelEleven, which develops software tools for sales managers, has raised $2 million in funding led by Dallas Angel Network, Tamiami Angels, and individual angel investors. LevelEleven intends on using the new capital to expand its business operations.

SharpSpring, which provides sales and marketing management software solutions, was acquired for $15 million by email delivery services provider SMTP (Nasdaq:SMTP).

Digital Media/Commerce


Artspace.com, which operates an eCommerce platform for high-end art, was acquired by Phaidon Press, which publishes books on visual arts, culture, and creativity. Terms were not disclosed.

Japan-based Breaker, which develops and produces mobile video entertainment, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Gumi Ventures. The company previously raised $2 million in seed funding from firms such as Dream Incubator and Siemer Ventures.

China-based GoGoVan, which provides a platform for connecting van drivers with on-demand delivery requests, has raised $6.5 million in Series A funding led by Centurion Private Equity. GoGoVan connects van drivers to users through its mobile app, which allows users to request short deliveries or transportation on demand.

Wealth Access, which provides a financial management platform for financial advisors, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Cultivation Capital. The company has raised $4.7 million in funding to date.



ScanSource (NASDAQ:SCSC), which operates as a wholesale distributor of specialty technology products, has acquired Brazil-based Network1, which provides communications equipment, services, and solutions, for $70 million. As part of the transaction, ScanSource will acquire all of Network1’s operations throughout Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru.
