BebeStore has raised $10.2 million in funding from Atomico, W7 Brazil Capital, and Endeavor Catalyst. Baby had raised $21.1 million in funding from Thrive Capital, Accel Partners, Menlo Ventures, Valor Capital Group, Tiger Global Management, Felicis Ventures, Monashees Capital, SV Angel, and others.

Colombia-based Click Delivery, which offers an online food delivery service both through web and mobile applications, was acquired by Germany-based Delivery Hero, which operates a network of online food ordering sites. Click Delivery had previously raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Axon Partners Group.

Australia-based Posse, which provides an online shopping and recommendation app, has raised $1.5 million in funding from unnamed contributors. The company has raised a total of $3 million in funding.

The company plans on using the new capital for expansion of technology and sales.

PumpUp, which provides a photo-based community for healthy and active living, has raised $2.4 million in funding led by General Catalyst Partners, with participation from Azure Capital Partners, Relay Ventures, Freycinet Investments, and angel investors. The company plans on using the new capital to accelerate the PumpUp community, expand the internal team, and further develop the mobile application.

Mobile calendar application developer Sunrise, has raised $6 million in Series A funding from Balderton Capital with participation from individual investors. The company, which had previously raised $2.2 million in funding, plans on using the new capital to expand its team.

Trello, which develops online collaboration tools, has raised $10.3 million in Series A funding led by Index Ventures and Spark Capital. The new capital will be used to continue building out new product features.

Netherlands-based Quintiq Holding, a provider of planning and scheduling enterprise software for the operational planning and event management industries, was acquired by Dassault Systemes (ENXTPAS:DSY) for $337 million. The acquisition will add product lines to Dassault Systemes and provide a new reach into industries such as metals, mining, and oil and gas.

Remedy Partners, which provides payment software for healthcare providers, has raised $35.9 million in funding from unnamed contributors.

Beehive Industries, which provides infrastructure management solutions, has raised $2.5 million in Series A funding led by Advantage Capital Partners. The new capital will be used to expand sales and marketing growth throughout the United States.

CounterTack, which provides real-time endpoint threat detection software solutions, has raised $20 million in Series B funding led by Alcatel-Lucent with participation from Goldman Sachs, Fairhaven Capital, Razor’s Edge, and OnPoint Technologies.

Axeda, which provides cloud-based service and software for managing connected products and machines, was acquired by PTC (Nasdaq:PTC) for $170 million.

The company plans on using the new capital to expand marketing efforts, research new products, and enhance existing products.
