Autopilot, which makes marketing-automation and content management software, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. The round of funding was led by Rembrandt Venture Partners, with participation from Southern Cross Venture Partners, Blackbird, and individual investors.

Evergage, a provider of real-time behavior-based web personalization platform, has raised $4 million in Series A funding from G20 Ventures led the round, with participation from Point Judith Capital and Advanced Technology Ventures.

Context Relevant, a predictive data analytics solutions company, has raised $21 million in Series B funding led by Formation 8, with participation from Madrona Venture Group, Bloomberg Bea, and Vulcan Capital. This funding round, which takes total funding to $28 million, gets the company to profitability.

NoWait, which provides mobile software for the hospitality industry, has raised $10 million in Series B funding led by Drive Capital, with participation from Birchmere Ventures. The company will use the funds to expand its network of restaurants and consumers, ramp up engineering to support its technology roadmap, and continue developing more products and services to enhance the guest experience, and restaurant operations.

Tradesy, which operates a Website and mobile app that enables people to resell used clothing, has raised $13 million in Series B funding led by Kleiner Perkins, with participation from Rincon Venture Partners, Riverwood Capital, and Northgate Capital.  It was reported that the round’s pre-money valuation was around $40 million. Tradesy will use the new funding to further propel its rapidly accelerating growth, as well as expanding its team.

Mango Health, a developer of consumer-focused mobile health apps, has raised $5.3 million in Series A funding led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.

India-based online group coupon website SnapDeal, has raised $100 million in funding valuing the company at nearly $1 billion. The investment came from BlackRock, Temasek, Myriad, and Premji Investment. The round comes after the company raised $134 million in a round led by eBay.

Clarizen, a provider of project management and social collaboration software, has raised $35 million in Series F funding led by Goldman Sachs, with participation from Benchmark Capital, Carmel Ventures, DAG Ventures, Opus Capital, and Vintage Investment Partners. The company, which has now raised $90 million in total funding, plans on using the funds to expand globally, focuses on customer success, including onboarding and support, and continuing product innovation to support the enterprise market.

LANDesk, a lifecycle management company owned by Thoma Bravo, has acquired Israel-based mobile security software developer LetMobile. Terms were not disclosed.

FutureAdvisor, which operates an online financial advisor designed to help people get the most out of their investment portfolios, has raised $15.5 million in Series B funding led by Canvas Venture Fund, with participation from Sequoia Capital. With the new funding, FurtureAdvisor plans on expanding its business.

The Carlyle Group has acquired a majority stake in Talent Partners, a provider of talent payroll, production support services, and rights management solutions to the advertising industry. Terms were not disclosed.
